IVR UK Administration Fees for 2013

All prices quoted are plus the current rate of VAT

Operator Registration Fee (one off Payment) - £35.00 includes first ID card

Discount applies to Companies who pre-paid for a block of registrations.

All VR Module's incur an IVR Administration charge of £25.00 per module (+ VAT £30.00) discounts may apply

If NO REGISTRATION FEE has been paid the following charges apply

New
Each VR module has an IVR administration charge of £25.00 (This includes the certificate) (+ VAT £30.00)

Discounts apply to the following modules
Core Modules VR1, VR2 and VR3 £45.00 (One certificate with three modules on) (+ VAT £54.00)
Motorcycle Module VR8, 9, 10 and 11 £35.00 (One certificate with the modules completed) (+ VAT £42.00)

Module VR 26 First Aid £18.50 (Includes workbook & Certificate) (+ VAT £22.20)

Refresher
Core Modules VR1, VR2 and VR3 £45.00 (One certificate with three modules on) (+ VAT £54.00)
Each VR module has an IVR administration charge of £25.00 (This includes the certificate) (+ VAT £30.00)

If REGISTRATION has been paid or is included within the submitted course the fees are:

New and Refresher (must have paid the registration fee for this price to apply)

Core Modules VR1, VR2 and VR3 £25.00 (One certificate with three modules on) (+ VAT £30.00)

Motorcycle Module VR8, 9, 10 and 11 £25.00 (One certificate with three modules on) (+ VAT £30.00)

A discount will apply to those who have paid the registration fee

If more than one module is completed on the same course
e.g. VR13, VR16 & VR18 or VR5, VR6 & VR7 a 25% discount applies against the VR module administration fee

 These core/motorcycle modules need to be completed and submitted all-together to the IVR to achieve this concessionary rate.

I D Cards

Updated ID Card (Adding new modules) No charge (providing the old card is returned)
Changing details on ID card £10.00 +vat (providing the old card is returned)

Change of company name. Lost or stolen I'D Cards £25.00 ( + VAT £30.00) replacement card

Copy of Certificates £25.00 ( + VAT £30.00) (25% Discount if registered)

IVR Passport of training (optional) £2.50 ( + VAT £3.00) (Given to IVR member's FOC)

Training Providers/Centre's & Trainer's Fees

Fees run from January to December

IVR Level 1 Trainer Registration / Annual Fee - £75.00

IVR Level 2 Trainer Registration / Annual Fee - £105.00

Training Provider Registration/Annual Fee - £275.00

Training Centre Registration / Annual Fee - £200.00

Trainer Assessment

Trainers will not be charged for un-announced visits as this is included within their fees
Announced audit or assessments will be charged at £450.00 per day

ITSSAR may make un-announced or announced visits this is chargeable at ITSSAR rates,

Mentoring

If mentoring is required prices will be discussed and agreed by both parties

Trainer's meetings

Trainers may be required to attend trainer meetings or forums at their own expense which the IVR will organize

Training Centre's/Providers

The IVR will carry out an announced visit to audit a Provider/Centre (First Audit within Provider/Centre fee)
Re-visits are charged at £450.00 per day

Notes

Trainer's are required to complete their ITSSAR refresher course within the ITSSAR expiry date

Trainer's must have a current operator certificate for the courses they train

IVR may hold refresher or development courses for Instructor's/Trainer's from time to time and charges may apply

All the above prices are plus VAT, and are effective from the 1st January 2013. (Prices includes P&P)
