IVR invites members to a weekend at Wild Tracks

The IVR is inviting all members and their families to a fun filled activity weekend at Wild Tracks Off Road Activity Park, near Newmarket.

This ‘member’s only’ weekend, which will take place on the 10th and 11th September, will include an opportunity for the first 100 members, who confirm their booking, to take part in a programme of motorised and skill based events including karting, quads, clays, archery and 4 x 4.

Not forgetting the ladies, and over 16’s, of the IVR a shooting challenge to include clays and archery has been organised for the Saturday afternoon but numbers are limited so early booking is essential.

For the junior members of the family there is a comprehensive range of activities including junior karts and quads, archery/clays etc, these activities must be booked and paid for directly with the Wild Tracks venue.

On Saturday evening everyone is invited to the marquee based evening entertainment to include live band, disco, well stocked pay bar and Hog Roast. As the activities continue on the Sunday a BBQ will be served at lunchtime before everyone departs late afternoon.

The weekend is being funded by the IVR but a nominal booking fee of £30 per member and £15 for ladies and over 16s is required. There will be no booking fee for children under 16.

Pitches for campers, caravans and camping will be available on the site, again for a nominal fee which must be paid directly to Wild Tracks. Again early booking is essential.

For a comprehensive list of accommodation, including hotels and B&Bs, close to the venue plus more information on activities available go to the Wild Tracks website www.wildtracksltd.co.uk
