Tom Johnson awarded Lifetime Membership of the IVR

The Council were very sorry to lose the services, and humour, of Tom Johnson who

decided to stand down from the Council after thirteen years.

He was thanked by chairman Mac Hobbs and those of you who know Tom will not

be surprised by his comment; 'It's time for the old f*rts to move aside

and some new blood with new ideas to pick up the reins and run with it.'

Tom will remain very much involved with the IVR and at the Gala Dinner was

presented with Lifetime Membership of the Institute, he will be joining IVR

members in the 30th anniversary celebrations next year.
